I’m a research fellow, PhD fellow and columnist based at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) in Oslo. I’m also affiliated with the University of Copenhagen, Department of Political Science, the Danish Institute of International Studies (DIIS) and the Norwegian newspaper Dagsavisen. I’m a co-editor of the Scandinavian International Relations journal Internasjonal Politikk.
